ComMarker is a China based company manufacturing and selling high quality laser engravers and laser markers, as well as laser parts, accessories, and more! We strive to provide excellent technical support and timely customer service to our users.

Different platforms have different policies that affect the price we can offer.
ComMarker provides after-sales customer service to all customers, regardless of where the machine was purchased.
No matter which platform you buy ComMarker lasers from, you simply create a ticket on the official website. Your questions and problems will be accurately handled by our third party department if your products were purchased through third-party platforms.

Machine

AC (100-240V, 50-60HZ). When ordering machine,you should to chose 110V or 220V for your machine.

Fiber machines come with two lenses, 110mm and 200mm. But you can order an extra lens as per your requirement.
UV galvo machines also come with two lenses, 70mm and 110mm.

Parameter difference
Q-switch: pulse width non adjustable, frequency 20kHz -100kHz
JPT MOPA: pulse width 1-500nm, frequency 1kHz – 4000kHz
The wider spectrum of parameters enable the MOPA laser to have better engraving results on some plastics and metals in comparison to the Q-switched or fiber laser technology, which include:
marking colors on stainless steel, titanium, marking black color on aluminum, marking on plastic without burnt yellow color and with higher accuracy.
However, if you are only looking to engrave metals at high speed with varying depths, and you don’t need to engrave colors on metals, then you can choose a fiber laser. These machines may look the same but they are different not only on work effect and technology, they are also very different on price.

These machine can engrave different plastics but in some of them you will feel the engraving by the touch of our fingers.

ComMarker laser machines can work continuously for 24 hours. Its lifespan is 100,000 hours. Reaching its lifespan doesn’t mean it is totally unusable, but it only decays in laser power. 
In this case, you can set a higher power to achieve the same effect as before. If you’re unsatisfied with it, you can contact us via support@commarker.com and request a laser source replacement service (the price will depend on the laser source you choose).

It depends on the thickness you want to cut. Fiber lasers can cut stainless steel, aluminum, brass, silver and gold.

Working with laser beams, require extra safety measures including specialized laser eyewear. Every machine comes with its own laser safety goggles. If you are still unsure about it, please consider a laser safety shield or Laser enclosure.

All ComMarker lasers come with a full 12 months warranty on the machine as well as the laser source.

Ezcad free to use

Yes, all ComMarker laser machines are compatible with LightBurn.

All ComMarker laser engravers can be controlled through LightBurn’s MacOS, version 10.11 and higher.

Accessories

D69 and D80 refer to the clamping diameter. D69 rotary is suitable for small cylinder material marking, such as rings bracelets ect. The D80 has the advantage over the D69, and also can mark tumblers.

Turn column and laser path to 90 degree or 180 degree.

If the fumes can’t be discharged outdoors or if you are working with a material that produces a lot of fumes, it is recommended to purchase an air purifier.

Please remove all documents of lightburn on your computer, and re-install drive and software of Ezcad.

Please contact our support@commarker.com,and advise the SN number of your machine. It is under the laser path, near to the lens.
Drive and software will be sent to you again.

Please turn on of Enable PWM in lightburn. And then you can adjust the frequency as you want.
